Using a structured breathing pattern, immersive 9D soundscapes, and intentional breath holds, this journey works directly with the nervous system—helping shift from heightened activation into deeper regulation and coherence.
Set outdoors at Ray Roberts Lake State Park – Isle du Bois Unit, the natural environment becomes part of the experience. The presence of water, open air, and ambient sound provides grounding sensory input that supports the body’s ability to settle, integrate, and deepen the work.
Throughout the session, you’ll be guided through phases of activation and release, allowing the body to discharge built-up tension and restore a more balanced internal state.
